For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.
Financial
Payment is due at the time of service. We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. We accept cash, checks, all major credit and debit cards. We also accept Care Credit.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee of $50.00 may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment with sufficient notice.

$420.00 for adults, but if paid up front in full 5% discount is given bringing the price down to $399.00. If choosing monthly option $35.00 per month charged to card on file automatically on the 1st of the month - 1st and last month’s fee due at signup totaling $70. Prices for children under 18 are at $29.00 per month, with same details as mentioned for adults. Also, if a patient is due for full mouth x-rays, which is a bigger set than bitewings included in a plan, the patient pays difference between the price of FMX and BWX, but we communicate that part verbally to the patients when they are due (every 3-5 years).
